What is Robykart?
Robykart is a family-run online store offering affordable, everyday solutions — from kitchen & home essentials to fashion, baby care, electronics, bags, toys, pet supplies, and more.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India — from major metro cities to remote towns. International shipping is not available at the moment.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
What are the shipping charges?

Free shipping on orders above ₹500.

Orders below ₹500 have a small delivery charge, shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS and email. Click the link to check your delivery status in real time.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only for wrong or damaged products, and requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. A full unboxing video is required as proof.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After your return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely via PhonePe.
